At 4:03pm on October 10, 2009, donna morrow said…: Thanks for the welcome. A NZ connection sounds strange I know - but I am from NC and a '91 participant of the SI at NCSU-CAWP. Ruie Pritchard, Director of CAWP, had a Fullbright to NZ in the 80s and after that started bringing Kiwis over for the writing project each summer. In 1991 I met - and eventually married one of these New Zealanders and have lived/worked in NZ for the last 12 years. My field is information and communication technology - and - in addition to doing some research with Ruie over the years - have served as one of two tech liaisons for the last 4 years - which has been great. I have really enjoyed being on the Tech Liaison ListServ too!
