Paul, I know I've been out of touch a bit, but I did want to write. I listened to the podcast you did with Jane Kraus and Susie Boss, and—not having listened since January—I noticed how thoroughly professional you have become in moderating these discussions. You now make it seem amazingly easy...and, of course, it is not. You and Susan Ettenheim have persisted and made the podcast remarkably valuable...Thank you for all of us.
I once spent some time with Michael Silverblatt who conducts Bookworm, an award-winning radio interview show with writers. Silverblatt said he could hardly bear to listen to his first two years' worth of interviews, but that they were a measure of how much he had grown in the job. When I listened to that terrific podcast of yours, I wished there were a Peabody or something for podcasts. You and Susan would get my vote!
